We look forward to seeing you later this month in Montreal for the 2019 National Review Cruise. National Review Institute, the non-profit journalistic think tank established to complement the mission of National Review, will be hosting a welcome reception in Montreal and additional programming aboard the ship. We hope you will join us!

On Friday, August 23, the evening before we embark, NRI will be hosting a cocktail reception and program at the Le Westin Hotel in Montreal featuring NRI fellow Andrew C. McCarthy who will speak about his forthcoming book, Ball of Collusion: The Plot to Rig an Election and Destroy a Presidency (Encounter Books, August, 2019). We hope you will join us for a special opportunity to hear from Andrew (who won’t be on the ship) and to meet with fellow cruisers. Please note this event is hosted by NRI and is complimentary for all cruisers.

Regional Fellows at Sea: From Burke to Buckley

National Review Institute will be offering an opportunity to take part in a “cruise version” of the NRI Regional Fellowship program, a highly popular seminar that teaches the founding principles of conservative thought, “from Burke to Buckley.” There will be three Regional Fellows at Sea morning sessions held over breakfast. Ahead of the cruise, participants will be sent readings to help prepare for the sessions. Sessions will discuss LincolnBurke, and Fusionism, and will be led by Rich LowryBrian Anderson, and Charles C. W. Cooke respectively. Ahead of the cruise, participants will be sent readings to help prepare for the sessions. Please note space is limited and RSVP is required.
