JOHN BUSER is member of the Investment Committee and director of NB Private Equity Partners Ltd. He is global head of private equity fund of funds for NB Alternatives and managing director of NBG. He is also member of the NB Alternatives Co-investment Investment Committee and the NB Alternatives Secondary Investment Committee. Before joining NB Alternatives in 1999, Mr. Buser was partner at the law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, L.L.P., where he had experience in the practice of domestic and international income taxation during his 17 year tenure. Mr. Buser was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1982 after receiving his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.

JOHN YOO is the Emanuel Heller Professor of Law at the University of California at Berkeley. He is also a nonresident senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute and a visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University.
