Edwin J. Feulner
Leadership in Political Thought
The Prize for Leadership in Political Thought will be awarded to Edwin J. Feulner, recognizing his exceptional leadership as the Founder and former President of the Heritage Foundation—a powerhouse of William F. Buckley Jr’s ideas, and one of NRI’s most valued partners. Feulner, a native of Chicago, resides in Alexandria, VA and serves as Chairman of the Asian Studies Center at the Heritage Foundation.
Karen Buchwald Wright
Leadership in Supporting Liberty
The Prize for Leadership in Supporting Liberty, which recognizes conservative philanthropy, will be awarded to Karen Buchwald Wright for her support and leadership of organizations that strengthen American democratic principles. Wright lives in her hometown of Mount Vernon, OH and serves as the CEO of the Ariel Corporation, the Director and Chairman of the Ariel Foundation, and a trustee of National Review Institute.
By supporting the Prize Dinner, you will help the Institute to preserve and promote Bill Buckley’s legacy and carry out his directive that NRI complement the mission of National Review.
