National Review Institute (NRI) was founded by William F. Buckley Jr. in 1991. A non-profit, 501(c)(3), journalistic think tank, NRI advances the conservative principles WFB championed, complements the mission of National Review, and supports the magazine’s best talent. As NRI expands its programs to cities across the country, we have a real opportunity to reach and influence a whole new segment of leaders. As the number of those who knew Bill Buckley personally will inevitably diminish over time, we are keeping alive his spirit and legacy—and introducing him to a new generation of leaders—through our programs at NRI.
